About James Donovan

James Donovan Goldman SachsJames Donovan received his Bachelors in Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1989, and in the same year  finished his Master’s in Business Administration, also from MIT. Remaining in the Boston area, Jim Donovan continued with his education at Harvard Law School, attaining his Juris Doctorate from Harvard in 1993. Upon his graduation from Harvard Mr. Donovan joined Goldman, Sachs, and Co. where he today holds the position of Managing Director.  In 2000 James Donovan was made a partner at the prestigious investment firm of Goldman Sachs, where he continues to give investment banking advice to large corporations.

Jim Donovan is also an adjunct professor at the University Of Virginia School Of Law and lives in Virginia with his four children.
